As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals across three different locations in Northern and Southern California, driving business development, and achieving sales targets. Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities
- Excellent business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Time management skills
