Business Service Officer I (Specialist) – Business Services Unit

Salary: $5,014.00 - $6276.00 per month plus state pension plan
California Energy Commission (CEC) has a rare Business Services Officer I opportunity in our Administrative & Financial Management Services Division. Ideal candidate is someone who can provide excellent customer service while completing administrative and mailroom support tasks with minimal supervision.
CEC is leading the state to a 100 percent clean energy future for all. As the state's primary energy policy and planning agency, the Energy Commission is committed to reducing energy costs and environmental impacts of energy use while ensuring a safe, resilient, and reliable supply of energy.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving goods against purchase orders
- Preparing stock received reports using Fi$Cal
- Invoice preparation for accounting office
- Mail machine equipment support
- Utilizing Pitney Bowes software in mailroom
- Supply management and customer service
- Reprographics support on print requests
