Frontier Team Member Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers by initiating conversations, identifying their specific needs, and offering personalized Frontier Wireless solutions that align with their preferences.
- Present Frontier product details and promotional offers in a compelling way that highlights key benefits and helps customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring each customer has a positive and seamless experience.
- Work closely with other team members to maintain a high-energy environment, support collective sales goals, and contribute to overall team success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and current promotions to deliver relevant and valuable information to customers.
- Accurately track customer interactions and purchases while following up to strengthen relationships, confirm satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.
