As an ADS Member shop, we’re committed to technical precision, reliability, and craftsmanship. We’re a small, growth-focused team where every person matters — your work has a direct impact here.

Why Join Us?

  • Growth-based raises: Pay increases at each skill milestone — from disassembly to calibration and advanced testing.
  • Flexible environment: Full-time work with earlier hours (7–3:30, off before rush-hour traffic).
  • Small team culture: Work side-by-side with experts, not lost in a corporate shop.
  • Customer-facing experience: Occasionally assist walk-in clients (~1 per month) by taking in parts or answering basic questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visually inspect and pre-qualify injectors before testing or rebuilding
  • Disassemble, clean, and inspect injector components
  • Use technical data and computer systems to identify parts and specs
  • Perform precision measurements and make required adjustments

  • Communicate effectively with other departments
  • Complete logs and maintenance reports
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Value

  • Quality & Craftsmanship: Every injector must meet the highest standard.
  • Accuracy & Detail: Every measurement matters.
  • Reliability & Responsibility: Show up, follow through, and support the team.
  • Honesty & Respect: Trust and professionalism with parts, tools, and people.
  • Team Spirit: We win together — no egos.
  • Dedication & Work Ethic: Focus, consistency, and pride in your craft.
  • Willingness to Learn: Skills can be taught, the right attitude can’t.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with hand tools and precision measuring (micrometers, calipers)
  • Preferred: Experience with Powerstroke 6.0L, 6.4L, 6.7L, or 7.3L injectors
  • Manual dexterity; able to handle small parts and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Team-oriented, coachable, and respectful with coworkers and customers
  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening

Requirements

  • Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and shop standards
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training courses, certifications, or industry events
  • Reliable transportation to/from Temecula shop
