DSH-Napa Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Services is hiring for a Physical Therapy Assistant. This is a full time and permanent position working with adult patients in a psychiatric facility. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:

Job Description And Duties
DSH-Napa Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Services is hiring for a Physical Therapy Assistant. This is a full time and permanent position working with adult patients in a psychiatric facility. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
- Assessment and evaluation
- Treatment services
- Provide written documentation pertaining to progress in treatment
- Provide training to unit staff to support the patient in daily living
To ensure that your application will be considered for this recruitment the following items are required:

- You must complete the STD. 678 Employment Application and include duties performed with Supervisor’s name and Contact information. All experience and education relatable to this classification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the minimum qualifications for this position. - Possession of a valid certificate as a Physical Therapy Assistant as issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee, Board of Medical Quality Assurance, Department of Consumer Affairs.
