Job Description And Duties The Facility Management System (FMS) is a Salesforce-based enterprise licensing platform that will replace multiple legacy licensing systems within the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD). The Analyst III will perform advanced analytical, consultative, and coordination work in support of FMS implementation. The position works collaboratively with CCLD program staff, Information Systems Division staff, and contractors to support business process reengineering (BPR), discovery, design, testing, data migration, and implementation activities for the Salesforce platform.
The Department of Social Services does not participate in E-Verify for employment authorization purposes. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment.
