Job Description And Duties

Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, the incumbent is responsible for a variety of analytical and program support functions related to the system administration of the Learning Management Syste, (LMS) for the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). This includes assisting in the development and administration of training-related contracts, the administration of the LMS, developing and delivery training.

Working Conditions

This position is located at: 1416 9th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

  • Permanent/Full-time
  • Monday – Friday

Employees in thi s position work in an office setting in a high-rise building in downtown Sacramento, and are required to work extensively on computers as necessary for drafting of letters, other d ocuments, research, email communication, file review, training, and other purposes.

Special Requirements

Instructions: The SOQ must be no more than two pages in length, with one-inch margins, and in 12-point Arial font.   • Describe y our experience working with a learning management system.
  • Provide your experience collecting information and using that information in a report.
  • Describe your experience with contracts and the procurement process.
  • Describe your experience working with Microsoft excel or other comparable spreadsheet software.
