Job Summary The Office Assistant will assist the daily operations of the branch with general administrative functions and activities of the office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, clerical support, data entry, order processing, and other administrative duties as assigned. This is a part-time position expected to be about 24hrs. per week. Essential Functions Perform data entry efficiently and accurately. Receive and process customer orders. Deliver requested reports and information to branch leadership. Update paperwork and maintain documents. Provide team members with requested data or information. Customer service support in-person, phone, email. Checking completed work for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. Communicating with team members to resolve data discrepancies. Assist with ordering of office supplies Assist with disciplinary actions. Assist with performance evaluation and organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 or more year experience required in an administrative of clerical role. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Sharp attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly. Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate good judgment when carrying out duties as assigned. Language Skills English is required as the written and spoken language. Equipment General office equipment. Grasping/Manipulating: Grasping and manipulating of papers, objects, and equipment will be required. Ability to keyboard for data input will be required on an ongoing basis. The pay range is listed below and represents our good faith estimate upon hire. The final offer will depend on factors such as the candidates experiences, skills, and qualifications.
