In this role, as a Full Time Team Member, you will embody our company’s commitment to exceptional service, acting as a trusted liaison between our clients and their customers. You will represent our telecommunication partners in person, delivering reliable support, expert guidance, and genuine warmth while helping customers understand and select the best products and services. This is a hands-on role that combines in-person customer care, technical explanation, and sales expertise, an ideal opportunity for someone who is customer-oriented, naturally persuasive, and motivated by both service and success.
Full Time Team Member Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person throughout the Camarillo area, offering clear explanations of telecommunication services, device options, and service plans in a professional, approachable manner.
- Engage customers in active listening to assess their connectivity needs, usage patterns, and budget, then recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Demonstrate devices, walk customers through setup or upgrades, and explain technical features or service benefits in ways that are easy to understand.
- Identify and resolve common customer issues, escalating as needed and ensuring a positive resolution.
- Actively close sales, whether through new account signups, plan upgrades, or add-on services.
- Propose value-added products and service enhancements, focusing on long-term customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, document service interactions, and record sales activity in CRM systems or internal tracking platforms.
- Work closely with other Full Time Team Members, leadership, and telecom account managers to coordinate on marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales targets.
- Contribute to team performance goals, share insights from customer feedback, and participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions.
