What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Associate:
- Engage directly with existing and potential Frontier customers in the community to understand their needs, present Frontier’s internet, phone, TV, and bundled service options, and answer questions in a professional, customer-focused manner.
- Guide customers through sign-up, upgrade, or installation scheduling process, helping them select the most appropriate plans, bundles, and account changes.
- Provide clear, friendly, in-person support regarding billing, service packages, promotions, and basic troubleshooting, resolving concerns when possible and escalating technical or complex issues through the proper channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy in-person interactions that promote long-term satisfaction with Frontier services.
- Accurately document all customer conversations, service requests, sales activity, and follow-ups in company systems, and communicate relevant updates to the internal team.
- Work toward sales and performance goals by identifying opportunities to recommend relevant upgrades or additional Frontier services, while maintaining transparency and prioritizing customer needs.
Who We’re Looking For in a Customer Support Associate:
- Bachelors in Business or Communications preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a high level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Self-directed, dependable, and professional, with the ability to work independently and maintain flexibility in scheduling.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Reliable transportation.
