Full Time Crew Member Responsibilities
- Present Frontier Communications in a professional manner during face-to-face customer interactions.
- Educate prospective customers on Frontier's internet, phone, and television service options.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product and service solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and technology offerings.
- Answer customer questions, address concerns, and help guide them through service enrollment.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain client reporting requirements.
- Meet or exceed individual and Full Time Crew Member team goals related to customer engagement and service sign-ups.
Full Time Crew Member Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor, with a positive and engaging personality.
- Ability to work on-site and in designated territories within Camarillo and surrounding areas.
- Comfortable learning about technology and telecommunications services.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
