Inspire the next generation of aviation professionals! The Camp Counselor supports teens and young adults participating in a 9‑week residential flight academy, hosting three separate 3‑week student sessions. Counselors serve as mentors, supervisors, and primary support for student life on campus.
This position is Summer only. May 22rd-August 1st.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students in residence halls, activities, and field trips
- Serve as the primary support and first responder for student needs
- Enforce curfews, conduct nightly rounds, and ensure student safety
- Lead group activities and contribute to a positive campus experience
- Assist with emergency response and required administrative tasks
- Safely transport students as needed using a 12‑passenger van
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to drive a 12‑passenger van
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable supervising teenagers and young adults
