Aviation Mechanic Assistant

We’re hiring an Aviation Mechanic Assistant to support licensed aircraft technicians with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft systems. This is an on‑the‑job training role with strong growth opportunities for individuals interested in advancing in aviation maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Assist with aircraft inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs

Remove and replace parts using proper tools

Follow instructions from maintenance manuals and technical drawings

Help test components and verify work quality

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized


Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Basic mechanical skills and the ability to follow instructions

Strong attention to detail and safety

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in hangar or outdoor conditions.

Salary : $20 - $23
