Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Telemarketer remote working with our Los Angeles, CA office. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to introduce the company’s services and schedule appointments. The role involves maintaining customer records, handling inquiries, and consistently communicating CaliFirst Remodel's value in a professional manner. The Telemarketer will work as a key point of contact to enhance customer awareness and generate business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Customer Service and Appointment Scheduling experience
- Proven abilities in Sales and lead generation
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
