Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Sherman Oaks, CA. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential clients to introduce CaliFirst Remodel's services, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, presenting remodeling services to prospective clients, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of communications and appointments.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities are essential for building rapport with clients and delivering engaging conversations.
- Spanish speakers preferred but not required!
- Experience with being on confirmation of booked leads is advantagous!
- Experience with Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service to efficiently manage client interactions and address their needs.
- Basic Sales skills to effectively promote services and secure client interest in scheduling consultations.
- A positive attitude, ability to work independently, and a goal-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
