What You'll Do:
● Make outbound calls to potential clients in trades and construction industries to introduce our specialized insurance solutions.
● Conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate commercial insurance coverage for businesses.
● Educate clients about various business insurance options including general liability, workers' compensation, commercial auto, and property coverage
● Build strong partnerships with prospects and guide them through our tailored insurance solutions.
● Follow up with leads and maintain long-term relationships with existing business clients
● Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system.
● Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
● Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
What You Bring:
● 1 years of telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
● Bilingual in English & fluent in Hindi required
● Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
● Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
● Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
● Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
● Interest in learning about insurance products and regulations
