Core Duties

• Project Planning: Analyze technical diagrams and blueprints to ensure all project execution meets National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
• Communication: Serve as the main on-site contact, translating complex electrical concepts into simple, accessible language for business managers and homeowners.
• Client Engagement: Foster trust by clearly outlining repair solutions and pricing, while consistently maintaining a professional presence in customer environments.
• Compliance & Safety: Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following strict protocols and ensuring all work meets local Delaware inspection standards.
• Technical Operations: Independently handle the diagnosis, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across residential and light commercial settings.

Essential Qualifications

• Licensure: A current and active Delaware Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• Professional Background: At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating success in both residential wiring and light commercial tasks like retail or office fit-outs.
• Technical Competency: Skilled in tasks such as conduit bending, panel upgrades, fixture installation, and complex circuit troubleshooting.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional listening and communication abilities, while maintaining a punctual, reliable, and professional appearance.
• Physical & Logistical Requirements: Must hold a clean driving record and valid license, with the physical capability to lift over 50 lbs and work safely on lifts or ladders.
