About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to ensure the optimal performance of industrial equipment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment. Your proficiency in using precision measuring tools and interpreting technical manuals will be essential for success.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in industrial equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on compressed air systems and related components to maximize equipment lifespan and reliability.
- Collaborate with the service team to efficiently order parts and manage inventory for timely repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing equipment concerns and offering technical solutions.
- Install and commission compressed air systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with industrial air compressor maintenance.
- Advanced knowledge of network systems installations (IMMC/ASC, X Series Automation).
- Familiarity with basic vibration troubleshooting techniques.
- EPA Certification.
