A top accounting, tax, and advisory firm has partnered with our team to find a high quality Tax Manager or Senior Manager in the gorgeous beach town of West Palm Beach, FL.This firm works with local and regional business clients as well as high profile personal clients for a variety of tax and advisory needs.

Position Summary and Duties:
-Work independently and with the management staff to work with an assigned group of clients across multiple industries
-Advise clients on multiple tax issues, planning, research and compliance
-Prep and review tax returns for multiple entities including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and Trusts
-Work with key clients for business advisory and tax decisions
-Supervise and train junior tax personnel
-Help when needed for local business events networking and fostering relationships
Role Qualifications:
-5-7 years of tax prep and review experience with various entities
-Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent)
-Masters in tax or accounting preferred
-CPA is not required but highly appreciated
-High level of tax skills, organization, and analytical skills
-Work in a tight deadline environment
Pay and benefits:
- $125,000-$175,000 salary annually, commensurate with experience
- 401(k), Profit Sharing, Medical and Dental Insurance
- STD, LTD, paid holidays, Generous PTO policy
- Fridays off during summers after busy season
- Health and Medical plan employer sponsored
- Flex schedule, hybrid may be an option
