Service Center CSCS TX The Sr. Manager, Website and SEO is responsible for developing, managing and continuously optimizing towards exceptional website performance. They will be responsible for building an SEO/AEO/GEO strategy and work across teams to execute through enhanced tooling, reporting, content, and channels. This role will manage and regularly report on the high-level functionality and performance of Caliber.com and ProtechAutomotiveSolutions.com in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. Must be very knowledgeable on the ever-changing space related to search and web solutions. Ideally has lead the development of at least one brand website from idea generation to launch and the optimization and development thereafter. Job Description Lead and manage performance and reporting of Caliber.com and ProtechAutomotiveSolutions.com, inclusive of tracking and tagging initiatives, based on business and customer need-states Build and manage SEO/AEO/GEO strategy and tactics inclusive of activating and supporting new channels that build SEO/AEO/GEO credibility and ranking Establish, test, validate and optimize user journeys between SEO/AEO/GEO and the Caliber owned websites, while simultaneously scaling and adapting to tech evolution Gather, interpret and leverage available data to determine improvement opportunities. Familiarity with tracking and tagging is a must. Ideally with CDP experience. Develop web measurement and KPI tracking based on proposed experience changes; ensure performance is being measured and optimized to business goals Regularly leverage Google Analytics, Search Console, sales reporting, and sentiment listening tools to keep a pulse on web and SEO opportunities Partner with CX Manager to assess KPIs and collaborate on Caliber.com A/B testing roadmap; bring a “test & learn” mindset to decision making Manage multiple agency resources and cross-functional partners, clearing roadblocks, building team focus and driving towards results and learnings Create, articulate and present strategies, implementation plans, tactical progress results and data analyses/learnings to stakeholders and the wider business to support web and SEO advancements in accordance with enterprise business goals Maintain up-to-date knowledge on digital best practices in order to seek, implement and measure better solutions Proactively bring improvement recommendations related to tech stack, architecture, content development, reporting/data, tracking, etc. Skills needed: Experience with website CMS, DXP and architecture software like Wordpress, dotCMS, Hubspot, AWS, Next.JS, React, etc. Deep understanding of legacy organic Google search as well as new search tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc. Proven quantitative and analytical skills; should be extremely comfortable with Excel, Google Analytics and other analytical tools Strong familiarity with new AI search related trends and reporting programs in particular: GA4, Google Search Console, AHRefs, Peec.AI, Profound, etc. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set clear expectations and deadlines; experience with PM systems like Airtable, SmartSheet, Jira, Asana, etc. Strong B2B2C business acumen, understanding how to translate business goals into digital marketing tactics/KPIs then into buy-in from operators Excellent communication and presentation skills; this role will work across multiple brands and interact with many stakeholders at all levels of the company Self-accountable, proactive, optimistic, strategic and able to execute – someone who wants to create awareness and consideration of Caliber Bachelors in Marketing, Technology, Business, User Experience, Information Architecture, or related degree Minimum 5 years experience in website and SEO strategy, management, tracking and reporting; proven ability to navigate Google algorithm changes and AI search enhancements About Caliber Founded in 1997, the Caliber portfolio of brands has grown to more than 1,600 centers nationwide and features a full range of complementary automotive services, including Caliber Collision, one of the nation's largest auto collision repair providers across more than 40 states and Caliber Auto Glass for glass repair and replacement.
