Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Specialist based in Collegeville, PA. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and assisting with plumbing-related tasks as needed. Additionally, the specialist will provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction during service calls.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and system issues
- Knowledge of plumbing and preventive maintenance practices
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision
- Valid HVAC technician certification and/or relevant licensure is required
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
