Brewer’s Heating & Cooling LLC is currently looking for a dependable HVAC installer/helper to join our growing team.
We are a fast-paced residential/light commercial HVAC company based in South Jersey specializing in quality installations, replacements, service, and customer-focused work. We take pride in clean installs, professionalism, and doing things the right way.
What we’re looking for:
- Motivated and reliable individual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with HVAC installation preferred, but willing to train the right person Must be comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions Ability to lift equipment/materials and work as part of a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Clean appearance and professional communication with customers
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting lead installer with residential HVAC system replacements and installs Ductwork fabrication and installation Equipment setup and jobsite cleanup Loading/unloading materials and maintaining truck organization Assisting with service and maintenance as needed Learning proper installation procedures, airflow, venting, refrigeration practices, and startup procedures
