Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices to improve maturity and performance.
- Remove impediments and escalate issues that block progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization.
- Partner with vendors to support project implementation and product release
- Promote transparency, communication, and alignment across teams and departments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of learning.
- Required: 3 years of SCRUM MASTER experience in an Agile environment
- Preferred: 3 to 5 years of experience in a software factory delivery environment.
- Preferred: 2 years as software developer or QA engineer.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and project management software, preferably Azure DevOps Boards (ADO).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
