Independent Cleaning Contractor – Residential Cleaning
Caliber Crest Cleaning is looking for reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing residential cleaning network in the Eugene/Springfield area.
What You’ll Do
-Provide high-quality residential cleaning services
-Complete standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
-Follow Caliber Crest Cleaning’s quality standards and service expectations
-Communicate professionally with customers
-Arrive on time and complete jobs within the agreed-upon timeframe
-Leave each home clean, organized, and ready for the customer
-Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude in customers’ homes
What We’re Looking For
- Required Former house cleaning experience
-Reliable and dependable
-Strong attention to detail
-Previous residential cleaning experience preferred, but not required
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Professional communication and customer-service skills
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment
-Must be willing to pass a background check

Compensation
-Cleaners will be paid on a per completed cleaning basis, weekly.
-Additional performance and 5-star customer review bonuses will be available for cleaners who consistently deliver exceptional service.

Important Contractor Information
This is an independent contractor (1099) position, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, transportation, insurance, and business expenses as applicable.
