Key Responsibilities:
- Production and coordination of design process and technical documents under the direction of a licensed design professional
- Contribute to design discussions and idea generation
- Creation of renderings and graphical images for communication of design concepts
- Design and detailing in Revit
- Attend project and client meetings with clients and builders
- Collaborate with our Development, Interior Design, Project Management, and Construction teams from concept to project substantial completion
- Interact with and be a representative of the company with clients and contractors
- Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure design intent is executed in the field
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and design methods to support innovative design and excellence in execution
Qualifications:
- Completion of accredited professional degree program with a bachelors or masters degree in architecture
- 3 to 10 years of related experience
- Proven ability to lead client consultations with homeowners & builders, understand budget and scope parameters, and evaluate lot and site plans
- Ability to contribute to multifamily projects including high-end townhome, condo, and apartment projects as needed
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop architectural design concepts and construction documents
- Strong knowledge of architectural systems, residential construction, and associated technology
- Demonstrate a high degree of aptitude in creative and critical thinking in the design process
- Detailed knowledge of building codes, especially IRC
- Experience with programming, space planning, and current trends in residential architectural design
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Adept in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office
- Skilled in the use of Twin Motion, Enscape, and other visualization software
What we offer
- Annual Salary $65,000 - $80,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
