This role sits at the intersection of technology delivery and food manufacturing/distribution operations and requires someone who understands both Oracle Fusion applications and the operational realities of food safety, traceability, and supply chain compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud programs (ERP, SCM, and/or Financials modules), including implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live optimization.
- Own program governance: scope, budget, timeline, resourcing, risk register, and steering committee reporting.
- Develop and manage program-level communications across all stakeholder groups.
- Partner with sales, supply chain, operations, and finance stakeholders to translate food industry business requirements into system and process design.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear accountability, realistic timelines, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Drive change management, end-user training, and cutover/go-live planning to ensure smooth adoption across plants, DCs, and corporate functions.
- Identify and manage interdependencies across concurrent workstreams and projects within the broader program roadmap.
- Provide regular status updates, risk escalations, and executive-level reporting to leadership and sponsors.
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive program/project management experience, including 3 years leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementations (ERP, SCM, and/or Financials).
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs and acting as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology or process transformation projects within the food and beverage manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Strong track record managing multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams, external implementation partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills. Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
We’d Be Excited If You Also Have:
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and Financial modules.
- Experience managing Oracle Fusion rollouts across multiple plants, distribution centers, or business units.
- Familiarity with Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies in addition to traditional waterfall program management.
