What will you be doing?
- Manage staffing schedules: Assure management of staffing schedules to provide strategic balance of available resources between skilled teams to achieve service level goals at lowest cost
- Payroll and attendance administration: Assure efficient and accurate administration of hourly associates for payroll and attendance with integrity and confidentiality
- Maintain training materials: Assure accurate knowledge and development of Workforce training materials and effective presentation for new hire training
- Provide data and reports to management: Assure the independent research, analysis, production and communication of contact center reports, dashboards to all levels of management
- Maintain documentation: Create and maintain documentation (Contact Center log) of issues with contact center applications for adherence expectations and adjustments

- High School diploma with some college (college degree preferred) 3 years’ Contact Center experience
- Must hold integrity with data and information in confidence; Must be very detail oriented with follow-through
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical and strategic thinking and initiative are required
- Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions; Takes initiative and is proactive
- Intermediate Excel, Word and MS Outlook. Workforce Management systems, a plus
- Strong Mathematical ability
- Retail or seasonal business background a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
