What You'll Do
Every shift is different.
You might:
- Help safely book new detainees into the facility.
- Resolve conflicts before they become emergencies.
- Build professional rapport while maintaining firm boundaries.
- Maintain the safety and security of inmates, staff, and visitors.
- Conduct security checks and enforce facility rules.
- Assist with medication, meals, and daily operations.
- Write reports and document important incidents.
- Respond to emergencies as part of a professional team.

12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Day Shift
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
