We are looking for enthusiastic personalities to join us on this Thunderbolt journey to provide friendly and helpful support via phone/email/online chat. You will also work closely and cross train with the RMA and Warehouse teams. You'll get to experience all aspects of a small business from every intricate perspective.
Basic Qualifications
- Understanding of basic Computer / Network / Connection concepts and terminology.
- Experiences with both Apple's macOS (iWork) and Microsoft's Windows OS (Microsoft 365).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating via email, & online chat to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Some university experience and/or professional certifications such as CompTIA's A preferred. (Note: if you are listing certifications on your resume or in your application, be prepared to show proof of passing.)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship offered).
- Must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and customer-centric.
- Professional and reliable.
- Ability to provide prompt and friendly customer support.
- Ability to multitask and not be easily distracted.
- Ability to keep work area clean, and efficiently organized.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
