Our Client is seeking a knowledgeable Payroll Systems Analyst to support the optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of its payroll technology stack. This individual will play a key role in supporting system integrations, participating in platform testing and upgrade activities, and contributing to the Client's payroll transformation initiatives, including future Workforce Software (WFS) projects. What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of payroll platforms including ADP GlobalView, SuccessFactors, and Workforce Software (WFS)
- Troubleshoot payroll system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures between HR and payroll platforms
- Participate in system testing activities including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and upgrades
- Support configuration and optimization of payroll integrations between SuccessFactors, ADP, and WFS
- Document system processes, integration workflows, and configuration decisions for knowledge management and future reference
- Contribute to payroll transformation projects and upcoming WFS initiatives as a functional systems resource
- Coordinate with IT, HR Technology, and Payroll Operations to identify and resolve system-related issues
- Evaluate new system features and enhancements for potential adoption and provide recommendations for process improvements
- 3 years of experience as a payroll systems analyst, HRIS analyst, or payroll technology specialist
- Functional knowledge of at least two of the following: SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, or Workforce Software (WFS)
- Experience supporting payroll system integrations and troubleshooting interface issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with all three platforms: SuccessFactors, ADP, and WFS (preferred)
- Prior involvement in payroll transformation, implementation, or platform migration projects (preferred)
- Familiarity with data mapping, file formats, and integration middleware tools (preferred)
- CPP, SAP SuccessFactors certification, or ADP certification is a plus
