Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator - Brand Experience
Columbus, OH – Hybrid
6-month contract with likelihood of extension and/or conversion
Job Summary:
The Assistant/Associate, Brand Experience Digital Operations role will support the operational work for digital marketing. They are a member of the brand experience team, owning operational processes & workflows which support the digital ecosystem. They report to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing and partner with several cross-functional teams across the organization, including Promotional Strategists, PCM (Product Channel Marketing), ECM (Experience Channel Marketing), Marketing Operations, Creative, Design and more. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operational execution across Brand Experience channels, including email, site, push, and app, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on time.
- Jira ticket creation and workflow management for all channels across both seasonal and weekly work, translating strategic direction into clear, actionable briefs; track progress and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Partners with Marketing Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of all marketing initiatives, including QA.
- Partner closely with Brand Experience teammates and cross-functional partners to align on priorities and support campaign execution.
- Maintain and update reference tools, trackers, and documentation supporting seasonal campaigns and weekly launches.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and efficiencies across the team.
- Attends seasonal planning meeting to ensure understanding of strategies, and provide feedback with the goal of enabling execution with an exceptional level of accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of marketing, data entry, and/or project management experience
- Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and time management is a must
- Jira experience is a plus
- Experience in a fast paced, multi-channel retail environment is preferred
Salary : $24 - $27
