Position Overview
Calculated Hire is seeking a recruiter to support end-to-end recruiting efforts across multiple business units for their partner. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership and HR to design and execute hiring strategies that align with organizational growth goals. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on recruiting execution, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent across a range of experience levels.
Key Responsibilitie
- sCollaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned to workforce planning and business objective
- sManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates ranging from early-career talent to experienced professional
- sBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines by leveraging traditional and non-traditional recruiting channels, including online platforms, professional associations, technical programs, and university partnership
- sCreate compelling job postings and manage job advertisement distribution to attract diverse, high-quality talen
- tServe as a primary point of contact for candidate and agency inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring proces
- sEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local hiring regulations by maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring recruitment processe
- sRecommend and manage recruiting budgets, including investments in job fairs, campus events, sourcing tools, and external vendors to maximize hiring effectivenes
- sTrain and support hiring managers on applicant tracking systems, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirement
