Schedule & Training
Training Period (First 2 Months)
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
- Combination of classroom-style and self-guided digital training
- On-site attendance required
Post-Training Schedule
After training, you’ll be assigned to a specialty scheduling team such as:
- Cardiology
- Radiology
- Labor & Delivery
- Physical Therapy
- And more
Your permanent schedule will fall between:
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday
- You’ll receive a consistent set schedule based on your assigned team
Hybrid Work Model
- On-site for the first 90 days (company requirement)
- After demonstrating strong attendance and performance, employees may become eligible to work remotely
What You’ll Do
- Speak with patients over the phone to understand scheduling needs and provide support
- Coordinate outpatient appointments across multiple specialties
- Assist with routine, urgent, and specialty scheduling requests
- Answer questions with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Resolve scheduling issues and help guide patients through processes
- Navigate multiple computer systems and scheduling software programs
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience during every interaction
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (over-the-phone)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
Additional Information
- This position requires a background check and drug screening
- Contract-to-hire opportunity:
- Initial 2-month contract aligns with training period
- Employees who meet attendance, performance, and professionalism expectations are typically converted to permanent team members
