Our growing dental practice is seeking an energetic individual for 5 days a week (Mon-Friday).

In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate support from their initial appointment through follow-up care. Your proactive approach will help foster a welcoming environment, improve communication, and support the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Duties
- Be punctual.
- Working with dental software (Dentrix Ascend).
- Patient check in/check out.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical histories
- Assisting with other Front Desk functions.
- Communicating effectively with patients (good customer service skills).
- Communicating and coordinating well with all team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all administrative tasks adhere to privacy regulations and clinic policies.
Experience
- Experience is preferred.
