Calculated Hire is hiring multiple Commercial Banking Credit Analysts to support a Fortune 100 Financial Services client within Commercial Banking Operations. This function helps credit decision-makers by transforming client financials into consistent, reliable formats for downstream analysis.
Job Description:
- Spread financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow) into internal platforms.
- Work with financials ranging from clean 10Ks to unstructured small business statements—requires adaptability.
- Implement feedback from quality reviewers and managers.
- Manage production timelines with clear benchmarks for spread completion volume and accuracy.
- Take ownership of personal development to grow in commercial credit operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and be resourceful.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and the structure of financial statements.
- Prior internships or exposure to banking, accounting, or small business finance environments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to receive and implement feedback.
- Previous experience in financial spreading, underwriting support, or commercial credit preferred.
- Knowledge of tools like Optimist or nCino is helpful but not required.
- Demonstrated success in metric-driven environments—targeting 9.5 spreads/month by 10 months.
