Hybrid – Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Start Date: ASAP (2 weeks from point of offer)
Contract: 6-Month W2 Contract (with the possibility of extension or conversion)
Job Overview
Calculated Hire is in search of a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist II for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be supporting day-to-day operations within Commercial Lending as they convert systems from AFS to LoanIQ. You will be responsible for the following components:
Responsibilities
- Booking and funding commercial loans in “LoanIQ”
- Respond to requests from other LOBs to post funds in internal systems and handle money movement activites
- Reduce learning curve of “LoanIQ” adoption among the staff as production continues
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Proficiency in “LoanIQ”
- Commercial loans – booking/ funding- operations experience
- Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AFS
