Business Execution Consultant (Entry-Level, 3 month Contract)
We are seeking entry-level candidates for a short-term, high-impact opportunity supporting a large-scale onboarding initiative within a fast-paced operations environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience and build foundational skills.
Location: Onsite (5 days/week)
Duration: 3-month contract (potential extension up to 6 months; not expected to convert to permanent)
Pay Rate: $35/hour
About the Role:
As a Business Execution Consultant, you will support the onboarding of a high volume of accounts by transferring and validating Standing Settlement Instructions (SSIs) across systems. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires accuracy, consistency, and focus.
This is a structured, process-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a data driven environment while maintaining precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transfer SSI data from one system to another using Excel
- Perform high-volume data entry
- Ensure all fields align correctly with matching field
- Validate and review data for completeness and accuracy
- Meet daily and weekly productivity benchmarks
- Participate in team check-ins, training sessions, and feedback loops

- Recent graduate or early-career professional
- Basic Excel skills (copy/paste, data alignment, attention to detail)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay focused and motivated in a repetitive, task-oriented role
- Receptive to feedback and able to improve based on coaching

Preferred
- Exposure to Foreign Exchange (FX) or Standing Settlement Instructions (SSI)
