- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Stay up to date with new automotive technology and repair techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Service Technician certification
- REQUIRED! Minimum of 2 years of Kia/Hyundai automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
