**Responsibilities:**
- Lead hiring and retention strategies in partnership with recruiting and sales to build a high‑performing cyber team.
- Monitor service delivery quality, generate status reports, and proactively escalate issues.
- Identify and implement operational enhancements to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate on the design and rollout of new cybersecurity services, positioning yourself to lead future launches.
- Analyze security processes, produce documentation, and deliver comprehensive stakeholder reports.
- Serve as a liaison for technical and business inquiries, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to cybersecurity business planning and coordination aligned with organizational goals.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated security solutions.
- Stay current on emerging threats and security technologies to inform service evolution.
**Ideal Candidates Will Have:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT leadership.
- Proven team‑management and strategic‑planning capabilities.

**Required Skills/Experience:**
