Role Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Kids Club team at Calamigos Guest Ranch. Where we build unforgettable memories and bonds with the kids and families. The supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Kids Club, creating and maintaining a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children. Responsibilities include organizing and facilitating educational and recreational activities, supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained, and serving as the primary point of contact with parents. Additionally, the supervisor will manage scheduling, address any concerns, and provide excellent guest service aligned with Calamigos Guest Ranch's standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills for supervising activities and staff at the Kids Club
- Experience in childcare, education, or recreational program development, with the ability to create fun and safe experiences for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to manage schedules, address concerns, and maintain a safe and clean environment
- CPR and First Aid certifications are required, or willingness to obtain them
- Preferred: Previous experience in hospitality or resort settings
- Holiday and weekend availability.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in early childhood development or related fields is a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
