- Engage with prospective customers directly at their homes or businesses through door-to-door visits, delivering compelling presentations of our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to highlight how our solutions can meet those needs effectively.
- Utilize outbound calling techniques, including warm calling and telemarketing strategies, to follow up on leads and generate new opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close sales confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local promotional campaigns and increase outreach effectiveness.
- Conduct business development activities by identifying new markets and expanding our outreach efforts through B2B sales initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors’ offerings to refine your sales approach continually.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales roles such as telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing deals effectively in face-to-face or remote settings.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Prior experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn about our products is essential.
- Experience in outbound calling campaigns—particularly warm calling—and marketing initiatives will give you an edge.
