Garage Door Technician

Conejo Services is seeking an experienced Garage Door Technician to join our team. As an experienced Garage Door Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining garage door systems. You must possess extensive experience, advanced troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install new garage doors, openers, and related hardware.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of garage door issues, including openers, springs, cables and other components.
• Identify mechanical problems and developing solutions, often requiring in depth knowledge of various garage door brands and components.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, explain repair options, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Train and guide future junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Overseeing larger installation projects or coordinating teams of complex repairs.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7 years of experience garage door installation and repair.
• Advance troubleshooting, ability to diagnose and resolve complex garage door issues.
• Expertise in using tools, equipment, and techniques related to garage door repair and installation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform tasks that are required lifting, climbing, and working in various positions.
• Ability to assess issues, develop solutions, and adapt to different situations.
• Ability to guide and train junior technicians.
