We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our office team in Irvine, CA.
This position is the first point of contact for our company and plays an important role in providing excellent service to homeowners, customers, vendors, and team members. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls while accurately processing customer information and leads.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate team member or department
- Speak with residential customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
- Process new customer leads and enter accurate information into the company CRM system
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales representatives
- Maintain ongoing communication with residential customers throughout the process
- Provide excellent customer service and help ensure customers receive timely responses
- Update customer records, lead details, notes, and appointment information in the CRM
- Assist with general office communication and administrative support
- Help keep the office organized and running smoothly
- Previous receptionist, customer service, office administration, or call handling experience preferred
- Strong phone communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering information
- Ability to stay organized in a busy office environment
- Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM or scheduling software
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time in-office
- Roofing, construction, home services, or contractor office experience is a plus, but not required
