About the Role
We are a growing commercial cleaning company rapidly expanding our service footprint in the Volusia County area. We are currently looking to partner with reliable, professional cleaning vendors and independent janitorial companies who are looking to grow their business alongside us.
This is an ongoing contract opportunity for established cleaning businesses looking to expand their local roster.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Registered Business Entity: Must have an active LLC or Corporation.
- Insurance: Must hold active General Liability insurance.
- Workers' Compensation: Must have active Workers' Comp insurance or an official State Exemption Certificate.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to carry equipment and supplies to job sites.
- Availability: Must be able to perform services during nightly hours (after 5:00 PM).
Compensation & Partnership Details:
- Pay Rate: Negotiable per contract / per account (based on scope and square footage).
- Work Type: Ongoing commercial janitorial services with long-term contract potential.
- Growth: We are actively taking on new accounts in Lake County and want to build direct, long-term partnerships with subcontractors who take pride in their work.
