Key Responsibilities
Preconstruction Support
- Assist with project scheduling, phasing, and site logistics
- Support constructability reviews and scope development
- Participate in subcontractor bidding, selection, and procurement
- Lead and coordinate daily jobsite activities
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project plans
- Implement and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project costs and support budget adherence
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a secure jobsite
- Oversee quality control processes and manage punch lists
- Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, and code requirements
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and field teams
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports
- Ensure proper tracking of as-built drawings and field changes
- Resolve field issues proactively and efficiently
- Train, mentor, and support field engineers and assistant superintendents
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing jobsite environment
- Assist with RFQ/RFP responses and project interviews as needed
- Support business development efforts and future opportunities
- Experience as a Superintendent in commercial, multi-family, and/or K–12 construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and field operations
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
- OSHA 10 Certification
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Experience leading large or complex construction projects
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
