Role Description: This is a full-time, shipping and receiving position for our Rockingham North Carolina location. The Shipping and Receiving Associate will work during the first shift 8am-5pm with the ability and willingness to work overtime hours if needed. The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for executing the daily logistical operations of the warehouse facility, ensuring all incoming materials and outgoing products are handled with precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety standards. Core duties include preparing, packing, and labeling shipments, verifying and logging incoming freight against bills of lading, maintaining accurate inventory documentation, and safely operating material-handling equipment. While entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply, formal training or coursework in logistics, shipping, and warehousing principles is greatly beneficial and will be given preferential consideration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, basic mathematics and computer proficiency for inventory tracking, and the physical stamina and strength required for standard warehouse operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

~Ability to lift 50lbs or more.

~Must be fork-lift trained.

~Responsible, reliable, hard-working and self-motivated with the ability to be a collaborative team member.

~Good attendance is essential.

~Experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in shipping and receiving.

~Willing to work overtime hours if needed.

~Commitment to workplace safety, use of personal protective equipment when required, and adherence to environmental and housekeeping standards.

~Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift containers of ink or raw materials (within reasonable weight limits), and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

~Highschool diploma or equivalent is desired. Formal training in logistics, shipping, warehousing or related fields is greatly beneficial.

~Basic computer and mathematics skills for inventory management and tracking.
