Warehouse Associate/Shipping and Receiving

We are a privately and locally owned business that specializes in online retail sales, wholesale and distribution. We provide a vast variety of products to thousands of customers and businesses nationwide, including smoke shops, tobacco stores, head shops, convenient stores, and many more.

We’re looking for a detail oriented Warehouse Associate, 21 years or older, to join our team. Responsibilities include accurately picking and packing orders, counting and restocking inventory, performing product control, and operating packaging machinery and warehouse equipment. Attention to detail is crucial, as precision ensures product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Pay Rate:

We offer paid training during a trial period (typically up to 4 weeks) at $11 per hour to help you learn the role and succeed. This is your chance to prove your skills, work ethic, and attention to detail. Upon successful completion, you’ll be reviewed for base pay. We believe hard work and fast learning should be rewarded. If you give your best, we’ll make sure you’re paid accordingly. At our company, we don’t just pay wages, we invest in people.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Support management with daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

-Accurately prepare and package products with close attention to detail and quality

-Receive, count, and restock inventory; load and unload trucks promptly and safely

-Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with audits to maintain high accuracy and compliance standards

-Help optimize storage space and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times​

-Follow all company policies and procedures to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule

-Perform light janitorial duties, including maintaining cleanliness in warehouse and office areas

SKILLS:

-Ability to read and interpret documents such as packing slips, order forms, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, etc.

-Efficiently package orders for shipment with minimal/no mistakes

-Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods. Your health and safety are priority!

-Ability to efficiently and safely lift heavy objects, handle tools, equipment, and heavy loads, such as a drill, pallet jack, etc.

-Great organizational and time management skills

-Successfully work both independently and in a team environment.

-Must be able to work some holidays, overtime and weekends when needed.

-Willing to complete warehouse safety course.

-Willing to complete a background check and reference checks.

-Willing to complete random drug tests.

Warehouse experience is a PLUS, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidates. If you have restaurant experience as a line cook and can follow basic instructions, we welcome you to apply.
