Job Summary
Caffeina Roasting Company is seeking a friendly, dependable, and passionate Coffee Barista to join our café team. This position will prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, provide attentive service, maintain a clean café environment, and help ensure consistent beverage quality throughout each shift.
Responsibilities
Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to café standards.
Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and process transactions through the POS system.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment safely.
Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and portion standards.
Keep the coffee bar, counters, and service areas clean and organized.
Restock coffee, milk, syrups, cups, food items, and other supplies as needed.
Assist with preparing and serving pastries and light food items.
Follow food-safety, sanitation, and café cleanliness procedures.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Assist with opening and closing café duties.
Communicate effectively with other café team members.
Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout the café.
Qualifications
Previous barista, coffee shop, café, or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee brewing is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
Strong attention to beverage quality and cleanliness.
