☕ Coffee Shop Staff
Pay: $13–$15/hour tips — $20 /hour potential with tips
The Cup & Co. is looking for friendly, hardworking, and positive people to join our team!
We’re a brand-new local coffee shop in Downtown Boise, and we’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy connecting with others, take pride in their work, and want to help create a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
As a member of our team, you’ll play an important role in bringing The Cup & Co. to life—from preparing quality drinks and providing great service to keeping the shop clean, organized, and inviting.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take orders and accurately handle payments
- Keep the coffee bar and café clean, organized, and stocked
- Restock supplies and assist with daily shop operations
- Follow recipes, procedures, and quality standards
- Work efficiently and positively as part of a team
- Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every customer
