We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will set the tone for the dining experience by greeting guests with warmth, managing reservations and waitlists, and ensuring smooth table flow. Duties & Responsibilities-
Greet arriving guests promptly with a warm welcome

Seat guests at their tables and provide menus

Manage reservations, cancellations, and walk-ins via the reservation system

Estimate wait times accurately and communicate with guests during busy periods

Monitor dining area flow to ensure even distribution of work for servers

Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries politely

Understand and communicate daily specials or promotions

Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area, including the hostess stand

Assist with side work as needed (e.g., resetting tables, restocking menus)

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service preferred but not required
