Join our vibrant café team as a the weekend Barista and become the heart of our customer experience! In this energetic role, you'll craft delicious coffee beverages, serve food with a smile, and create a welcoming environment for every guest. *THIS POSITION IS FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, 8AM-3PM*
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages using established recipes and techniques.
- Operate Toast POS system.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment to uphold health standards and create an inviting atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred; passion for coffee is a plus!
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
